We were never told about a family council either. And I remember telling staff they shouldn't tell us they are short staffed. There were some good staff people around and it's not their fault their aren't enough people - that's on Thro Company… Full Review

We have concerns about Laurel's Peak staffing. They should never be "short" staffed or at least tell that to residents and family members. They are supposed to have a family council but I'm not sure if they do. I urge people to call the Ombudsman… Full Review
