thank goodness for one nurse that caught my loved one's health as he was quickly deteriorating in the rehab portion of the facility. We got him to a great hospital and he is coming home. However, while there, he did not get his meds the way a doctor had ordered them, it took hours to get a question answered, he got very littely physical therapy nor was he checked on periodically, and when he got home his wife would have had a sympathy card waiting for her concerning his death from a facility staff person if a family member had not intercepted it.
