In the begining of my family members stay for reabilitation for a broken leg the care was great, the longer they were there the less care they seemed to recieve. My family member had been released to come home soon and on one day after several phone calls to the facility about my family members health complaint I was assured by staff that they were ok only to have them rushed to the hospital that afternoon and a few days later they died. Had the staff checked my family member like they told me they did things may have been different. I will never forgive myself for putting my precious Mother in this facility.
