They get a 0 from me. Don't trust them, for it is the state money they are interested in, not the residents. They are as dishonest as the day is long. Please think twice before you leave your loved one there. They believe they know more about what's best for your loved one than you do and will lie in front of a judge to take you and your loved ones rights away. They are understaffed and use drugs to silence the voices of the poor souls they pretend to care for. If you love your Mom, please don't take her
