Do not send a loved one here! My grandfather was sent here for rehab after hip replacement. He was totally independent prior to his fall. Staff doesn't answer his light in any type of timely manner. They left him on his bedpan for way too long…on his incision. The nurse refused to even assess his pain and he ended up in the hospital with a huge fecal impaction when they did not follow their bowel protocol. So, so upsetting to see this happen to him.
