The Maples is a wonderful facility. Caring staff and great resident care. Don't just look at the "ratings". You need to visit the facility and meet the great caregivers. A survey report is from people who visit the facility once a year and only look for the negative things. There are so many positive things about this facility that the ratings just don't show.
