SCARY!!! HORRIBLE!!!! FILTHY!!! THE DIRECTOR OF NURSING IS A PHONY!!! She smiles and doesn't give a hoot. They are running this place on a shoestring!!! They staff CNA's like a revolving door! HR Director is former Corrections Officer, fires CNAs if they call in sick once in first 90 days!!! Pressure on staff is tremendous. Nexcare (Owner) doesn't care. Watch to be sure your meds and supplies are not used for other patients (fraud), if your loved ones need hospice, demand it. Don't let them use ALL OF BILLABLE NURSING DAYS FIRST!
In my opinion, DIMONDALE NURSING CARE CENTER SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!
