Found resident without gown and no bottom. Wearing T-shirt and nothing else. No top sheet on bed just comforter. Resident did not smell clean. Personal items left on floor instead of placing in closet. Money missing from wallet. Place smells like urine. Staff eating cake and ice cream at the desk.
