Used to be a very nice place with great staff. But since the owner has resigned, the place is going down hill fast. The rooms are often dirty. Sometimes it takes over 15 minutes for call lights to be answered. They change the cena and nursing staff all the time and the residents are the ones that are suffering…………because the new staff does not know what is normal for the resident. If family does not visit everyday, things are not being taken care of. Used to feel safe that family member was being taken good care of. Now feel that you need to be there all the time so that things are not let go too long and the resident going without treatment as needed. So sad to see such a nice place become what it is now.
