Review of Care One at Northampton

My father was in this facility for 6 months following a serious medical issue. I was quite pleased at first with the care that was provided, but as time went on it became quite obvious that the individuals providing care were extremely unprofessional and negligent to the residents of this facility. He suffered numerous health problems during his short stay, all of which his physician attributed to poor care by the nursing staff at Calvin Coolidge. We were able to move him to another facility after many months of attempting to improve the care he was recieving. We were disgusted by the unprofessional nature of the staff and the complete lack of respect for our ailing father.
