Majority of care workers indifferent and/or Improperly trained, iPoor hygiene care. Terrible skin and wound care. Lack of creams and other medical supplies. Awful food--cold--bland--no variety. No bottled fresh water for residents--use unsanitary ice chests and water coolers. No besdide water pitchers. If some exist--don't change water daily. Residents not taken to bathroom every couple of hours. Diapers rationed. When taken to toilet, not bathed--just change diaper. Mismatched old furniture, dirty bathrooms, floors. Bed linens old, pilled, rough and stained. Towels and washcloths old and rough for elderly skin. Most residents who can't get around on their have on their own never get fresh air--confined to dreary day rooms with no stimulus. Owners making pile of money skimping at this facility.
