ZERO STARS! Went to see my mom there for rehab. all the outside door were unlocked and some of the hallways were dark. the was NO sign in area and no one to be found. I went up to the 3rd floor on the elevator, got off and the only people there were in wheelchairs sitting out in the hallway alone.
When my sister went, my mom needed help, she rang the buzzer and no one came. My mom had to get up by herself while the buzzer continued going off and still no one came. We took her out of there!!!!! My mom deserves better!!!!!
