My rating of this nursing home would be 1. They are extremely short staffed and the care is marginal. People are left sitting in there rooms with no interactions with anyone. Activities are minimal. The food is poor quality and choices are not given to certain floors. Patient's do not get their positions changed if they are bed bound, they do not get proper skin care, they lose the ability to walk pretty quickly as there is not enough help to help them walk. Bathrooms are not big enough for a wheel chair and all the faucets leak. Everything is old and it doesn't look like any upgrades are happening. Avoid this place if you have an option. Unfortunately, you have to go wherever there is a bed and you are accepted.
