Told when scheduling tour for family member that it was a small but well cared for place to have a family member. That they would be treated like family. Not so, rooms so small you can't get a wheelchair next to the bed . Over five minute wait for call bell to be answered. Staff flip and uncaring. Administrator rude and short with answers when you give complaints of facility.
