I haven't been to impressed with the care given to my mother. I have been to the facility 3 times this week and it has smelled like a sewage back-up.
The patients have their meals placed in front of them and most of them can't even eat on there own. By the time the help gets around to helping them the food has sat for 1/2 -1 hr in front of them getting cold. When I try to discuss my mothers care I am either ignored or it goes in one ear and out the other.
The same problems are always present. The smell of urine is something that is always present. I wish I knew about this place before she was placed.

I know for a fact that's not true. Must be talking about another facility. I don't care to much for the people that run the facility but I do know the quality of care that is given their is better than most facilities I have visit.
