Have your mask ready when you walk through the door. My family and I received a tour by Lisa, and the moment you hit the door all you smell is urine and poop. Other facilities had a slight odor but nothing like Chesapeake Shores. Most of the staff seemed friendly but others looked as if they had attitudes when you looked their way. One other thing I didn't like was the noise people yelling the entire time we were there. And the call lights. I don't know how they just let them ring like that. 3 thumbs down
