Although their pt and ot staff is superior and several of the nurses and nurses' aides were superior, as a rule, all the care elements are pretty shoddy. The food is horrible, the facility is unclean, and no one manages cases. As a result, basic care is often not provided. Although they advertise the services they provide to dementia patients, these patients usually spend their days parked in wheelchairs and baby sat at the nurses' stations.
