I am writing in behalf of the staff and Dr. on duty Dec. 20th 2011. My mother Helen Robison died there from a stroke. the Dr. on duty that morning did not tell my step father of my mother contition until he was filling out the death certificate. the unperfessional behavior of this Dr. was not only awful but very uncaring. My step father had no idea what was happening and stood close watching nurses run into her room. She was in the Cheasapke center of the rehab building. my review of this facility would be a "0" star. I will be telling as many people as possible to never leave anyone that you love or care for in their care.
