The facility is clean & patients do seem to be looked after. My only problem is the excessive rates, higher than other local homes with similar facilities and reviews. I understand this fall when new facility opens the rate increase is due to 2 people per room instead of the current 3, however their rates are still excessive when compared to other places in region, in my opinion.
