Sent a patient to the hospital for a blood transfusion, with the paperwork and information of the other person they were sharing the room with. The hospital told the patient they were just there a couple days ago, and luckily a family member was present at the time to inform them this was their first time at the hospital. If they had gone with just the information provided to the hospital, the wrong blood type, etc would have been given to this patient. A couple of the nurses informed us about new owners and budget cuts. We wish we knew the situation prior to being placed there for care. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
