They are terrible to their patients. They make promises to take care of your loved ones and flat out lie! They are more involved with chit chatting and horse playing with each other than the patients. Don't bother to ask for vitals or dietary records… They say "Sure, we will get them for you" and just disapper. I am so upset with the treatment that I will be moving my loved one as soon as an opening comes available at another facility.
