When my mother was sent to the Forestville Health and Rehabilitation Center after having her knees replaced her doctor was told that that facility had everything to suite her needs far as therapy and nurses they had neither, when she arrived they did not have the proper bedding that she needed, the proper potty for her to use until the next day and they did not have any of the supplies she needed for theapy it had to be ordered and the nurses bedside manners are rude and unresponsive to the patients they will come to the patients needs a hour or so after the patient has rung the bell for assistance my mother was even told to hold her urine until the next morning because they did not have the potty that was needed in her case because she can not been her knees as yet due to the knee replacements she had two weeks ago. Another pateint was told that she could reuse a tube that was removed from her traciatomy after cleaning it which she has to change by herself from often.
