The nurses and aides are all very nice, polite and helpful. If you actually get one in a timely manner, you will be pleased with their service. My grandmother has been a resident there for almost 2 weeks and on average waits about 30 minutes after using her call button for someone to respond. She has been given 1 shower in the 12 days she has been there (after requesting one for several days). The food is good, and so are some of the amenities.
