Frederick Villa Nursing Center is the worst nursing care facility I have ever been in. The administrator, Reilly Smith, is arrogant and cocky. The facility is very dated and smells like urine. The long-term patients are squeezed in small closet like rooms. My overall rating is terrible, and I do not recommend sending your loved one, or worst enemy to this facility.
