Our family's experience with Hillcrest Rehab is very favorable. Our mother was admitted about 6 weeks prior to this writing with severe disability on the left side of her body from a stroke. She has been give excellent care by the nursing staff and the physcial therapists are all amazing; they praise her for her progress daily which encourages her to work hard on her therapy. The respect given to my mom and compassion on a daily bases is appreciated so much and has a lot to do with her recovery. Mom is now able to walk with supervision and the use of her arm is returning as well. Initially, we were doubtful that she would ever be able to return to a normal life at her home, however, we now have high hopes that she will as we see improvement almost daily. We are very fortunate to have been able to place our mom at Hillcrest to recover from this crisis in her life. She is 85 years old and we are very thankful that she is doing so well. Our family will have a blessed Mother's Day tomorrow. Thank you Hillcrest staff!
