It was a nightmarish experience which ended with the death of my aunt. She was there for rehab and I cannot speak to the rehab services but the medical services are worse than poor. The Dr. does not return calls (an aide on the staff there acted like I shouldn't even expect a returned call - this was after I complained that he hadn't called me). They took her temperature and said it was normal - 15 minutes later at the ER her temperature was 102. They took no action when my aunt became completely unresponsive and waited for a family member to demand she go to the ER. She was dead about 12 hours later. She was dehydrated and septic. She went there because it was all her insurance would pay for - her medicare coverage ran over so she had to resort to medicaid. Awful experience!
