The care/concern by Dr and head nurse were terrible. the Dr never visited pt Nurse said Dr. wrote orders in chart. Poor Poor Communication with family too.

This review is very misleading. The care provided to residents at Greenwood is excellent. The entire staff is attentive and very compassionate. The Medical director is always available and visits his patients on a monthly basis. A nurse practitioner visits patients on a weekly basis. Families are fully informed of resident's conditions and the nursing staff is readily available to answer questions and provide support to family members. Greenwood is a wonderful nursing home and their residents are happy and well cared for at all times.
