How to deal with family should be a required course at this nursing home for management

I Agree!!! Management can be rude and hard to deal with. A person goes through alot when his loved one is ill. Just adds to the stress. But the nursing staff are just the nicest, hardworking, devoted, and caring men and women I have ever met. The rehab department is wonderful. A very dedicated team.
