This nursing home is horrible. My father was there for a year and he was neglected to the point I had to move him to a different home. While visiting the home the smell was bad and staff always seemed to be doing something other than there job. Their office staff have no urgency in taking care of complaints. After leaving the home I asked for the multiple complaints that had been filed to be given to me and they informed me they did not have that to provide to me and denied the multiple complaints and meetings that were documented. I would like to see this place shut down! No one should be neglected or treated the way my father was or like the other residents I observed while I was there.
