Review of Randolph Nursing Home

Staffing is inadequate. If a cna calls in ill, there is no replacement. One CNA taking care of 8 occupied rooms. Moving a resident with a lift with only one attendant - 12/24/11

We have been promised one on one care… this is not what I see. The residents on this hallway cannot "talk". My mother needs water… the only time she gets it or is offered - is at mealtime, or when I am there.

We have spoken with the DON - she has promised better care. We have not seen any changes.

Mother had a fractured wrist, which we noticed before the staff. I do have a picture of the wrist if it is requested.

Mother is 24/7 care… we cannot care for her at home. The nursing home was the only answer we had. We just want her to be taken care of as promised…
