Took my mother there. Staff appeared to have come over from Wal Mart last week -- they didn't appear to know what they were doing. Placed smelled like urine. When same question is posed to different staff members, different answers are provided. When I asked what was on the lunch menu for my mother, I was told by one staffer that she couldn't choose, that she would eat what was provided. Another staffer provided a weekly menu for her to choose from. One staffer, when going over the paperwork with my Mom, had a difficult time explaining items on form. We made plans to move our mother to Marquette Manor.
