My review of the facility comes from a former administrator. When an administrator tells a patient that if they don't like it they can leave. And they tell the patient that the aids have 17 patients before them and they will just have to learn to wait their turn. It tells me that not only does the administrator not appreciate her job, but she also has lost sight of the mission statement for the facility. Surely the mission statement does not include the words, "we'll take care of you when we get damn good and ready" !
