The place looks rundown and needs updating. Some of the nurses and staff are good and others rather careless. Somewhat chaotic atmosphere. Food only OK. The place owed me a refund of $1,000 (you pre-pay a month in advance at $175 per day for long term care). Couldn't get a return call and finally had to write to them about it. It took 2 months to get my refund.
