My first impression was , very nice, …but when I called to speak with my sister, they rang her room, only to have it go back to the front desk, the receptionist said " she's not answering., ok, but I found out the reason she wasn't answering was because she was taken to the hospital at 3 in the morning ! Didn't even tell her son.

After 7 days in the hospital she was brought back to Grey Stone. Yesterday I went to visit , she had a nice room, and the girl that cleaned her room was nice, although I noticed she was using a broom to sweep the floor, anybody knows that in this day and age brooms just scatter dust in the room, a swifter is the recommended cleaning mop, then if not available a dust mop.
Then they brought her lunch,looked like something that had been re-heated several times, I looked at the paper that came with it, no description, except she was suppose to get hot chocolate, she said she never gets it !
Upon my leaving I stopped at the nurses station closest to her room and said ( they had no idea what room I came out of) my sister didn't get her hot chocolate could you make sure she gets it ? The lady said "yes" ! I took a couple steps hoping she would ask me who, nope, so I turned back to her and said oh by the way she is in room xxx.
When I got home I sent her a couple messages, no reply , until 10:30, she said they left her sitting in her wheelchair from 2 till 9:45pm ! THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
OH YES. When I first got there I stopped at the main desk, there was a person complaint to the receptionist, saying they were too heavy and she couldn't lift them, the receptionist told her to get some help, she replied, no, I'm just not gonna do it!
People don't want to hear that kind of stuff
