, I would not recommend this facility for anyone currently seeking care for a loved one. The facility appears clean and friendly upon entering front doors, but behind closed doors--a different story unfolds. The staff and CNA's do not care well for the residents. Other staff is terribly unfriendly. Residents go without their needs met, facility procedures are often broken and no discipline is given for staff who fail to meet policy and facility procedures. Residents should be top priority and at Coventry Meadows they are more a burden. Please consider looking elsewhere before you turn to meadows. Your loved one deserves the BEST care.
