Review of Manor Care Health Services Summer Trace

First of all, let me say that the staff (excluding the aides} at this facility were outstanding. However, the aides that work here are terrible. Many times we showed up to visit my mother-in-law and she would be laying in her own bodily wastes. She would tell us she would hit the call button for up to an hour and no one would come to assist her. Many times my wife would have to clean her up. We complained about the situation but it did no good. We feel there is alot of reverse discrimination at this facility. We have since moved my mother-in-law out. So did some others that were in there. We will never go back.
