My mom was at your facility and the things I saw and witnessed should never happen. I feel like your facility does not care about the patient. If it wasn't for family members being there I don't know what type of care she would have received. It was totally a scary situation. You need to hire people that truly care and pay them more. They do not make enough money for what they do. I have never seen such an uncaring place. We have been to another facility and they treated their patients like human beings and cared about the patient. They treat them like their own loved one if they were in there. I had to complain numerous times and things got better for a couple of days and then everything went back to the way it was. Someone needs to take charge there and make some changes for the welfare of future patients.
