Substandard care. The staff treated my mother disrespectfully. They swore at her, they ignored her, leaving her to lay in urine soaked clothing. Moldy spoiled food and trash was left in the room. This is documented by photos. A horrible facility. I would not recommend. This is a true evaluation. I had to leave one star, but prefer to have left none.
