If I were to give Glenshire a review it would be a minus 2 stars. The nursing home is not safe, filthy, nasty, and filled with all kinds of infectious diseases. The harm that they cause to patience could be extremely fatal. All staff should be retrained or even replaced. The staff are not caring. Patience are not cleaned or repositioned. the linen and gowns smell as thouth they have been soaking in feces. The facility smells like feces and urin where you have to keep your nose and mouth covered. The staff do not care or show pride in where they work nor does the owner show any pride in the facility. It is a shame that the residents live in such filth.
