I have had a previous experience with a nursing home, so I was a little skeptical on how this nursing home, especially since it is a county home, was quality-wise. This facility has very nice approach to the entry and the landscaping is wonderful and very approachable to the residents. The whole facility has a very fresh smell, not body fluids or medicine-y or bleach-y. And for the most part, the staff is fantastic and very caring. They treat the residents as worthwhile people with meaning and purpose, and as a family member, that is extremely important.
