If it were not for the administrator of this building, it could be a very nice place. I have had a parent here for quite some time, and have always been satisfied with the medical care. Recently, however, when visiting my mom I have witnessed the administrator being very mean to staff members, and this was not only one time. I find her to be very unprofessional (ex. never returns phone calls) The building itself seems to be improving, and the cna's, nurses, etc are wonderful, but until there is another administrator, I think this place will start to go downhill.

When you posted this , who was the Administrator?? have relatives there and want to know before I decide to move them, if things have changed since you had yr experience
