They are the #2 facility out of 2 in Lebanon. Out of town owners who roll heads and hire inexperienced help. Look them up under state of Illinois, they have verrrrry poor reviews, and the facillity is drab, and food and activities are terrible for the employees and residents.
Not a good place right now they need alot of help and more experience.
