1 star is too good for this facility. Residents wait up to an hour for help to and from the restroom or for bedpans. They soil their beds, chairs, and the floor waiting. Residents scream for help when their lights go unanswered for (again) up to an hour for pain medicine. CPAP machines are rarely put on properly, if at all, and never put on residents who are unable to put on their own masks for a continuous 8 hours a night. Medications such as prescription eyedrops are routinely not given, or given at the wrong time of day-- rendering them ineffective. Residents with aspiration precautions are fed the wrong food/drink and in the wrong way--- leading to further aspiration. Aides and physical therapists run residents in wheelchairs into other objects-- banging their already injured feet, legs, extremities. No one at this facility takes accountability for anything. Management is unwilling to fix any problems and is wholly content with this dangerous facility. Do not leave your loved one here!
