my brother was there for 3 hours today, the nurse took him to the washroom and did not return for 2hrs. Would have been longer, but my cousin stopped by and got the nurse to come and get him. When my Mom & sister arrived, they immediately called about the uncleanliness of the facility and the lack of care for the residents. Sad, medicaid is sending them hundreds of thousands of dollars and it's not spent on the facility or the residents, that's for sure.
