If your business is set up so that the administrator is the first impression for potential clients, then perhaps you should consider hiring a grown up. I have never been so offended by the attitude and approach of a supposed professional.

I completely agree with you. Administrator and social worker need to be replaced immediately. Lack of experience, poor judgment on variety of issues related to patient's care and more, must qualify them for being replaced with administration capable to deliver proper services for dependable aging adults.
