I could not agree more. the administrator needs to be replaced. she cannot possibly represent teh image corporate wants to project. she is immature, incompetent and wholly inappropriate.

The Grove of Evanston has a wonderful new administrator by the name of Rafi Zimmerman. I couldn't agree more about the last one and it was hard for me to keep my mom at this facility but I was told about the new administrator coming on board. He has really changed the place around. Staff memebers smiling, therapy 7 days a week, call lights being answered to. I engourage you to re-look at The Grove of Evanston if you would ever need services like theirs again.
