Very well maintained rehab and nursing home. The staff at the facility is amazing and always treat the residents with dignity and respect. I go everyday to visit my Mom and every patient is treated well. Very clean, residents are clean. I would highly recommend Elmbrook. I would give 10 stars if it were possible. The employees are the best and extremely nice and helpful.
