The staff that cared for my family member every day were wonderful. Ballard's disgrace is the arrogant doctor who disregarded legal documents ("That's just a piece of paper.") and procedures put in place to protect helpless patients. Our family member died at his hands, and the administration at Ballard finds nothing wrong with this.
