Nursing staff do not listen or have respect for the resident.
Left sitting for hours before anyone respond even after asking for assistance
Didn't get to eat until hours later
Resident expresses his/her concerns but no one pays attention in results causing other medical issues.
Staff appear friendly but is not geniune.
