I have visited many times a family member in a short period. The staff is polite and answers my questions but does not follow through on the very few requests I ask. A key for his dresser(missing items) for rehab to call me to know where his personal walker went- to give him the meds I brought in newly prescribed after his admission.I understand he is one of many but it's your job and reputation. If I wasn't there 4 times a week I would't know anything. No communication updates to the family. His time is soon over so I can deal with it - long term I dont' think so.
